The brief
The problem: education platforms that cross cultures usually pick a side. They either look traditional and feel dated, or look modern and lose the heritage they claim to carry. Nurish, a platform bridging Arabic and English learning, needed an identity that honours both without diluting either.
The strategy positions Nurish as the bridge: the wisdom of tradition, the tools of the future, one global community of learners. From that came a mark of eight candle flames in an endless loop, a green and pink palette, and a bilingual type system with a full guideline book to keep it disciplined.
01The Mark: Eight Flames
The symbol is eight candle flames arranged in a circle, tracing a figure of eight: a continuous loop, learning that keeps circling back. One shape carries both readings, candle and knowledge, in Arabic and English alike.
02Strategy, Designed
The thinking ships with the system: brand story, vision and mission, positioning and a three-part personality, the Mentor, the Visionary, the Preserver, each laid out as part of the identity rather than an appendix.
03Colour and Type
Deep green for wisdom, pink for warmth, and a bilingual pairing that gives the Arabic typeface equal footing with the Latin.
