The brief
The problem: legal AI tools sell speed, but lawyers buy trust. DigiLawyer, an AI research and drafting assistant, needed to look like it belongs in a courtroom rather than a pitch deck, while standing next to giants like LexisNexis and Thomson Reuters.
The strategy compressed the brand into three words: get it done. Professional, confident and forward-thinking in tone; clear, authoritative and informative in voice.
The mark answers with a pillar drawn from the lawyer’s band, set in a monochrome system that lets the product do the talking: 160,000 judgments, real-time citation, drafting at 90 percent the usual time saved. The case closes with a second, warmer direction built for DigiLawyer’s AI.
01The Pillar
One mark, three readings: the lawyer’s band, the courtroom pillar, and strokes breaking upward into new directions. Law first, technology second.
02Monochrome, Art-Directed
A strict black-and-white system with the discipline of a legal document: portraits in shadow, letterpress-weight type, and cards that read like a verdict.
03The Product Promise
The features carry the sell: Ark Chat, real-time citation, 90 percent faster drafting, and a research library of more than 160,000 judgments.
04Branded to the Detail
05Out in the World
The identity leaves the deck: folded cards, poster stacks, lightbox signage, A-frames and stickers, all holding the same monochrome discipline.
06Their AI
DigiLawyer’s AI gets a face of its own: a warmer, more cinematic system built on a compass-star mark, a single orange accent over ivory and charcoal, and a Blair and Nohemi type pairing. The same authority as the core brand, with more heat.
