The brief

The problem: school uniforms are designed to make children identical, and uniform brands dress themselves the same way. Uniforma makes high-quality kids’ uniforms meant to build confidence, and its brand needed to prove a uniform can have a personality.

The strategy pulled the idea from the product: the bow tie. The mark ties the brand into a bow, the palette borrows from retro school colours, and the system plays out through bilingual lockups, a clover pattern, character illustrations and applications from hoodies to packing tape.

01Strategy First

The brief in one line: high-quality kids’ uniforms that give children the confidence to stand out. The visual direction came from the clothes themselves, bow ties and neckties worn on first days and photo days.

02The Mark

The mark ties itself into a bow, striped in retro orange, yellow and blue: a school photo from a warmer decade. Lockups run in Arabic and English.
